🛒 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the products you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for easier tracking and returns.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage returns, and save details for faster checkout.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
We ship all products within 24 hours after payment. Orders placed before 15:00 are usually delivered the next business day (EE/LV/LT). International delivery times may vary.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with DPD. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Delivery times and costs depend on your country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and VISA. All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay later with Klarna?
Yes, Klarna allows you to buy now and pay later, or spread payments over time (availability depends on your country).
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I request a return?
Log in to your account, select the order, and submit a return request.
📦 Damaged Goods
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
What about small damages to Pokémon or TCG products?
Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small dents, scratches, or slight wear on packaging may happen during shipping. These do not count as product defects. Returns are possible in such cases, but return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Why can small damages happen in shipping?
Even though we pack carefully, trading card products like booster boxes, tins, or decks can sometimes get small dents or imperfections in transit. This does not affect the cards inside.

These do not affect the cards inside and are not considered product defects. Returns for minor packaging imperfections are possible, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
